This pair of casseroles is elegant by its design similar to models from the Louis XVI period.
The base is flat with three angles with notched projections.
A central twist and three trapezophorum legs support the body.
The horns of the satyrs extend in swirls quite like the ornamental bronzes of the 17th century.
The lid decorated with a frieze of leaves is reversed to release a binet.
The marble is a beautiful see green.
