"French Desk 18th Century"
Elegant 18th century rosewood and violet wood marquetry desk.
It is slightly curved on the sides and the uprights. It has a wide flap and four drawers in three rows.
It was undoubtedly made by a carpenter from eastern France.
It has a refined decor enhanced with green tinted sycamore, herringbone and serrated patterns
The flap is lined with black leather serving as a writing desk.
Inside there are four drawers and five lockers on three levels as well as a secret.
This desk rests on four curved legs.
