Large clock with Time and Abundance representing the God Chronos and a cornucopia, triumphing over Evil (represented by the serpent) and Death (represented by the hourglass symbolizing the eternal fall of time, its inexorable flow). Rectangular base decorated with frieze and palmettes representing Chronos (god of Time in Greek mythology) and Ploutos (Greek divinity of wealth and abundance). Charles X period, circa 1822. Patinated bronze, yellow Siena marble. In a perfect state. Restorations of uses, revised by our watchmaker.
