Edith Elizabeth Pijpers (1886-1963) Dutch painter and graphic designer. She lived in Laren, The Hague, Amsterdam, Gorssel and Amersfoort. A pupil of Hendrik Jan Wolter, she took courses for 5 years at the Tekenakademie in The Hague. She works in painting, drawing, engraving and lithography on various themes such as portraiture, still life, urban landscape and nature. A member of the Amsterdam Association of Amersfoorts and Independents, she taught to D. van den Bosch and MM Nijburg.
