Very beautiful and large Louis XV Rocaille style gilt bronze clock. Rich decorative repertoire with acanthus leaves, flowers, palmettes, shells, interlacing, torch and quiver and above all a rare rooster with flag at its feet. The bronze gilding is original and pale although shiny on the flats. The Paris movement is signed AD Mougin, it works but requires setting because the movement stops quickly. Period late nineteenth around 1890. Delivery 50 euros in France, 100 euros in the EU and 200 euros rest of the world.
