Imposing bishop figure represented enthroned and mitred in carved lime.Monoxyl sculpture.
This sculpture evokes the art of Tilman Rimenschneider characterized by faces with internalized expression and contained energy. The work of the drape is inspired here by engraved masterpieces from the 15th and 16th centuries (mainly Martin Schongauer and Albrecht Durer).
