Oval in shape, old medal representing the Virgin in profile on mother-of-pearl. On the back the initials "MC 30-4-1933" are engraved. All the circumference is edged with fine pearls. It is supported by a fine cable link chain in 750 thousandths 18K white gold, studded with fine pearls. The clasp of this ancient medal is a spring ring.
