2nd édition of this rare and interesting book, from 47 engraves made in 1552 by Bartholomo Eustachius (approx 1505-1574), considered to be one of the modern anatomy founder. Only 8 engraves were pubished in"Opuscula Anatomica" edited by Eustachius in 1574, the others were found on Vatican librarian and were known only early XVIIIth cty. A first Albinus edition of this set was published en 1744.
