"18th Century Saint-pierre Engraving By M.de Boni"
One of the main engravers to work for A.Canova was M. de Boni who had associated with the artist since he had his artistic training in Venice. After training at the Academy of Parma, he moved to Rome where he reestablished his relations with Canova and became one of the most active collaborators. Sign 'of Boni (Venice1753- Rome1831). With frame, engraving in good condition.
