Jean Baptiste DELAUNAY Received Master in 1764, Died in 1778. Jean-Baptiste Delaunay, installed rue Saint-Martin, left Louis XV and Louis XVI Style seats with pure and harmonious shapes and sober decor. He is considered one of the good seat cabinetmakers of his time. Delaunay had an extremely elegant manner, and the Louis XV armchairs coming out of his workshop could have been signed Falconet: the same purity of lines and harmony in proportions.
