Decor called "Richard's children".
This very rare little object was intended for each guest around the table.
Called menu holder, it could probably also be used as a place card with the name of the guest.
There were also larger objects in the center of the table that presented the menu during the meal.
Although very rare, we sometimes meet in Sarreguemines production, these items with the decoration of prestigious table services.
The sets called "Richard's Children" were mainly produced by Froment Richard, but also by Kate Greenaway and Firmin Bouisset.

Condition - no cracks, shine, or restoration.
