"The Cardinal ,sign'ascenzi1881"
Watercolor representing the Cardinal reading a letter, sign 'Ascenzi painter active in Rome between 1870 and 1908. Paintings exhibited with historical and genre subjects in Rome, Turin, Venice and Milan. I have participated in the Italian Exhibition in London since 1881 but above all exhibited in Rome at the company 'Amatori e Cultori Belle Arti and since 1903 at International exhibitions of watercolor painters.
