revient en Frtance KONSTANTIN KOROVINE was born in MOSCOU ;
He studied under Aleksei SABRASOV well known artist.
His work was influenced by the french impressionism during his numerous sejourns in this country.
In 1900 he decorated the Russian pavilion at thye Universal Eposition in Paris where he received a first price for his work.

Back to Russia,he participed actively at the expositions wiyh the "Ambulants" (moving around ) and painted numerous charming paintings
of the life in the country villages;

Korovin work is exhibited at the TRETIAKOV Museum and can be found in the best collections around the world.
