Carlo Bugatti (1855/1940) father of Ettore and Rembrandt, family of extraordinary artists. Carlo, a very talented cabinetmaker, will create his unparalleled style, taking an orientalist base. Stool made of wood, bone marquetry and pewter, copper pushed around the seat as well as on the central base, it presents two inverted pyramids, joined by a central axis. Domed seat in skin. Important bibliography. Present in the biggest museums. An identical stool made in 1902, at the Bugatti cultural center.
