Stunning gilt bronze travel icon depicting the Christ Assumption. The main thema is framed by 2 Renaissance pilasters decorated with in their center 2 circled Antiques profiles, and topped with 2 angels heads.Italy?, 2nd part of XVIth century.
Interesting indoor religious scene perspective construction, covered by an architectural dome with coffers.
Very good condition, and above all a very good original and thick gilded condition. The cross topped this small travel prayer altar slightly bent.
