Charming 19th century French School. High school student at work, in his outfit or uniform, under the aegis of a statue representing a probable illustrious character that we have not identified. The mass of documents to be studied, including the geographical map, the drawing board, etc ..., can suggest a great school. Unless it is a simple composition by the artist to show his talent for representing the greatest variety of materials (from paper to leather, including plaster, wood, fabrics, etc. ) Some wear on the cardboard, otherwise good general condition.
