The pair of candlesticks have 16 arms each.
they are formed by a triangular base supported by three sphinxes surmounted by three female figures with classical robes,
superimposed by three winged caryated.
On the top the candelabra have sixteen arms composed in three orders.
each arm is composed of winged female figures, fantastic animals, leaves and flowers.
The candelabra are mercury gilded, they were probably made in Florence around 1830.
One of the two is missing the final part of one of the 16 arms.
They are in good condition and have the original patina.
It is possible to do a light cleaning.
