"Silver And Enamel Flask. Vienna, Late 19th Century "
Pear-shaped flask in enameled silver. The paunch of the flask is sumptuously embellished with painted enamel, featuring jubilant countrymen and women dancing by a table full of people. A landscape is lightly sketched in the background. This scene is probably influenced by Flemish painters. The removable, domed silver stopper is intricately sculpted.
