Elegant double-sided desk from the Napoleon III period, black varnish in violin shape on four sides. Our desk opens with three drawers and rests on four faceted arched legs. It presents a rich ornamentation of finely chiseled and gilded bronzes. (each bronze signed with the letters CP surmounted by a crown). The patinated red leather tray surrounded by a gilded bronze ingot mold. 140x80x76 remarkable work from the best workshops under the Second Empire.
