Beautiful fireback with rounded pediment dating from the 18th century It is decorated with a decoration of mythological inspiration where we can see a man in armor holding a trident and appearing on a chariot drawn by horses. 'an angel blowing a trumpet and appearing to announce his arrival. We note the presence of dolphins on each side of the pediment. This decor is reminiscent of Triton, the trumpet of the god of the sea, announcing the arrival of the chariot of Poseidon, his father. Width: 60 cm. Height: 80 cm. Thickness: 2 cm.
