"Exceptional Prussian Fireplace (earthenware Stove) Dated 1878"
Exceptional Zurich neoclassical Prussian fireplace in glazed ceramic, manufacture of Bodmer & Biber dated 1878. Painted in polychromy, there are figures of different types, many sculptures, tiles painted with illustrated enigma, figures of putti and allegory of fire, turtles ... etc. Inspired by Luca Della Robbia ceramics and early Chinese ceramics. There are broken parts, restoration to be expected. measurements were not taken before disassembly, the height is approximately 2.80 m. Delivery possible.
