Psyche Empire

Psyche Empire, original Mercury ice and Mahogany structure. Its tilting mirror is fixed on two lateral pivots, and set between two detached columns forming its frame. The latter are ringed with Bronzes at the top and bottom, and surmounted by generous antique caryatids. We will underline the delicacy of the carving from which these golden bronzes benefit. The whole rests on arched bases, and joined by a rectangular cross-section. This Psyche is completely removable, and has some traces of age on its mirror, due to its two centuries of history. ******** Period: Early 19th century Perfect condition after restoration in our workshop.
