Superb fireplace set consisting of a pendulum and a pair of candelabra with five sconces. Morello cherry marble and gilded bronze ornaments. The set is signed by Richond Benoît Félix (1795-1873) master watchmaker and jeweler at 11 Bd Montmartre in Paris, H&F Paris movement. The clock is made up of a red cherry marble case (marble shine on the left side of the clock visible photo N ° 8), with application of frieze, colonettes, gilt bronze mascaron on the front. The bases are in the form of lion's paws. The top of the clock receives a superb gilt bronze bowl decorated with a cover surmounted by a heron. The movement works for the hours, the chime for the hours and half hours and to be reviewed. Solid dial with gilded Roman numeral. The candelabras are in gilded bronze and sour marble . The gilding remains pleasant for the age of this trim Epoque late Napoleon III. All in good condition, defects are reported in the description. Removal on site recommended.
