Pair of side tables mid-twentieth time presumed work of Jacques Adnet and Jean Lesage for the Compagnie de Arts Français bearing the ink stamp dated March 1947 under each of the trays. Neoclassical structure in carved blond oak molded and enhanced with white lead, the upper top consists of a thick slab of glass enclosed in openwork uprights forming a lambrequin decoration with a pattern of stylized braces, a crotch shelf supported by a symmetrical base. Good general condition, stable furniture, note two small chips on a slab. They each measure 67cm high X 54cm wide X 46cm deep.
