Barrette brooch dating from the second half of the 19th century with a clover adorned with a sapphire, a ruby and a diamond, set in a crescent motif underlined by 11 old cut diamonds of H / VS and H /Si. Chipping on 1 diamond. At each end of the bar, 2 small star patterns with 1 small old cut diamond each.Crescent size: 15 mm at the highest
