Blacksmith's name : Sanjo Yoshinori. (active during Bunmei Era (1469-1487) Middle Muromachi)
Location : Yamashiro Sanjo (Kyoto). Then regions of Izumi and Echizen, in order to flee the following revolts in Onin no ran, like many blacksmiths in the Yamashiro region at that time.
