Oil painting on canvas, from the French or Northern Italian school, Louis XV period.
Probably part of the door decoration in an interior of a villa in the countryside.

During the restoration, the wooden frame was replaced. But the pictorial layer is in very discreet conditions. In the middle of a forest in the mountains, we see hunters armed with guns and surrounded by hunting dogs.
Everything takes place in a landscape by the mountain lake.
Without frame.
