Astonishing forged key, probably a big padlock, almost solid beaten iron ring, massive round shank, curious bit at right angles with a 3 teeth comb. According to the book by Gabriele Mandel, this typology of the flat ring corresponds to the Aosta Valley, Gothic period. (see second photo).
