Japanese porcelain vase with blue and white decoration of a lake and mountainous landscape, Meiji period (1868 - 1912) signed Makuzu Kozan, early 20th century. Makuzu Kozan (1842 - 1916) was one of the greatest ceramicist during the 19th century appointed artist of the imperial house in Japan. His greatest productions are between 1880 until the beginning of the 20th century and have been massively presented at major international exhibitions. Shards below restored with two cracks extending on the body. Height: 24cm
