Fully Engraved Cinnabar Red Chinese Lacquer Box, 19th Century

Rectangular box with lid, thick Chinese lacquer, black interior, cinnabar red exterior, (mercury salts) deeply engraved in low relief of a mountainous landscape populated by pagodas with pretty roofs, bridges and walkways, a waterfall, paths under the trees, 5 characters meet there. Sides of box are engraved with intertwined vegetable garlands. Lid and internal borders of the box have a brass frame lacquered in the same color;
Fairly good condition, complete, some lacquer gaps at the corners reinforced with brass. (see photo)
