Rare and pretty pair of tall candelabras forming torches in silvered bronze decorated with gadroons and foliage, open shell and eventful base, complete with candlesticks of the torches the removable sconces are decorated with three lights and two branches,, in excellent condition (probably re-silvered in the twentieth) no shock, never pierced with electricity, RARE total height 40.5cm height of the torches 27.8cm width of the sconces 26; 5cm diameter of the polylobed base 15.5cm work from the 18th century Louis XV period library; the tax on bronzes imposing the hallmark of the crowned C will be applied only from 1745-to 1749
