Small Cabinet Languedocienne / Sumène XVIIth.
Interesting cabinet richly decorated and carved with heads of cherubs, branch falls, crown, coat of arms, lilies and monogram. This small glass cabinet was probably modified in its proportions, the door panels removed to be replaced by glass. Its decoration, rich and fine, reminds us a little of these magnificent so-called Sumène cabinets. Obviously the comparison stops there.
