Diane Chasseresse, bronze statue produced at the beginning of the 20th century (around 1930) signed Le Faguays on the base and produced by the founder SUSSE in Paris, signature stamp and monogram. Original nuanced green patina, very good general condition according to its time. Pierre Le Faguays is a French artist born in Nantes (1892/1962), he began sculpture at the School of Fine Arts in Geneva under the direction of Vibert. His works are exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français and a medal of honor in 1927 rewards this sculptor who is among the most representative of the Art-Deco style.
