"Curiosity: 19th Century English Officer Camp Shower"
Astonishing bell-shaped object with the royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom. This ingenious military utensil was connected by a flexible hose to a water reserve to provide a basic but effective camp shower to worthy and happy officers under the orders of the royal crown of England. A famous coat of arms supported by the lion and the unicorn on the motto: "God and my right" was affixed on the belly. The upper part consists of a perforated end to receive a pipe as well as a swinging iron handle for its attachment. The lower part: a perforated copper disc as a shower head. The body is in beige lacquered zinc, paint wear and various dents in the metal; we must imagine this object in its context, which was probably not spared in its handling. So I can say that its current condition looks pretty good to me. Note: rare object to find. Delivery: 10 € for metropolitan France. BREXIT: No shipment to the United Kingdom due to customs and postal difficulties. Thank you for your understanding.
