Beautiful set of four 18th century wrought iron kitchen utensils. This assortment includes: 1 / a fork with two sharp tines, often used in the hearth to prick, grab a piece of bacon, meat etc; Length: 48 cm. with a hanging hook. 2 / a long spatula with a twisted handle, length: 45 cm, width: 7.5 cm; a hanging ring to turn different dishes. 3 / a round spatula diameter 6.5 cm approximately, length: 43 cm, square section handle and flat at the ends, hanging ring. 4 / a round spatula diameter: 10.5 cm approximately, length: 52.5 cm; handle with two twists, nice cut in the lower part of the spatula, hooking ring. The whole has a beautiful patina and corrosion due to past centuries. Note: These utensils were often found in the hearth or near the fireplace, sometimes hanging from an arch.
