Superb and rare 19th century bronze representing a young centaur turning around, his right hand resting on his side. Work by Alexandre Falguière (1831-1900), edited by the Hébrard foundry, lost wax casting. The centaur with the right front paw raised, the bust turned to the right and the right hand resting on the rump is presented on a rectangular base.
