Louis Fortuney is a French artist, he was notably a painter, pastellist, lithographer, etc. He studied at the Beaux-Arts in Toulouse. He notably produced paintings for the Ministry of the Navy. His art is inspired by Parisian life: in the Belle Époque but also by the sea and its environment. The photos were taken with glass, hence the reflections. The frame and the glass have flaws.
