This drawing is a caricature (circa 1850) representing a soldier or a politician dressed as a soldier. Very nice period framing I think. You observe the default of the old glass which gives a lot of charm. Without signature. frame dimension 39.5 X 30.5 cm. dimension of the view 25 X 18 cm. Character height 20.5 cm.
