Maurice Calka (1921 - 1999) was a French sculptor, designer and town planner. First Grand Prix of Rome in 1950, former head of workshop professor at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris (ENSBA), prize of the Academy of Architecture of France, medalist of the city of Lille, he was former member of the urban planning research and proposal team of the Ministry of Construction.
