. The Royat chocolate manufacture bought in 1892 by Mr. and Mrs. Rouzaud became in 1898 "the Marquise de Sévigné". Meeting success by selling quality chocolates, the house opened eleven stores in France including two in Paris in 1906. Ms. Rouzaud asks, then, to various workshops and creators to create cases to present the chocolates of the house. This bowl by Thuret is one of the most beautiful pieces used to present the chocolates "Marquise de Sévigné".
