Format 10F (55x46cm) Gaston Casimir Saint-Pierre, born May 12, 1833 in Nîmes and died December 18, 1016 in Paris. Gaston Casimir Saint-Pierre was a student of Léon Cogniet and Charles Jalabert in Paris, he made several trips to North Africa and Algiers from where he brought back many sketches and drawings. In 1900, he painted a canvas representing Marseille to decorate the large room of the restaurant Le Train Bleu at the Gare de Lyon in Paris. He creates decorative panels for the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Oran. Gaston Casimir Saint-Pierre and promoted to the rank of officer of the Legion of Honor in 1903. He died on December 18, 1916 in his home, at no 35, avenue de Wagram. Very well rated and listed painter, his works are present in many museums. Personal delivery possible in Ile de France.
