Painting "herb Juice", Landscape With Figures - XIX Century.

Original and rare painting called "grass juice", representing a landscape with two female figures in the foreground. The central oval pictorial part is framed and enriched by a frame painted in bright colors of blue and brown, with depictions of a pair of musician angels in the upper corners and fruit in the lower corners. The painting on linen can be hung using the special stick mounted on the upper side, it is kept stretched by another stick fixed on the lower side. Water-based paint of vegetable origin on linen canvas. The transparency of the colors, derived from the scarcity of the binder, gives the paintings executed with this technique the appearance of watercolors.
