Provenance: Palazzo Capranica (the husband was the Marquis Capranica del Grillo). Beautiful contemporary frame in golden tablet. Measures: 96x140 cm. Adelaide Ristori (Cividale del Friuli, January 29, 1822 - Rome, October 9, 1906) was an Italian stage actress. Hailed by the public and praised by her contemporaries for her patriotism in the Risorgimento, she was the most famous and influential Italian actress of the 19th century.
