Marquetry chest of drawers / commode, Louis XV - Louis XVI transition period - 18th century circa 1775 - 1780. thick grey marble on top, finely chiseled ormolu bronzes.Stamped of Pierre Antoine Veaux, parisian cabinet maker, master in 1766.
4 drawers, a little higher than usual, our commode is said "pantalonnière". But the most unusual is its very large size : 145cm instead of 130cm.
In perfect condition, completely restored as new with a new varnish.
