Maurice Bilbeaud is a painter born in Sète in 1919, died in 1997 in Nice. Painter of nudes, animated landscapes, still life, marine. Post-Impressionist. After the war, he drew for the newspaper Midi Libre.
He attended the studio of François Desnoyer, installed in Sète. In 1973, he won the Unesco prize in Monaco.
In 1975, he was admitted to the Salon of painters witnesses of their time in Paris where from 1975 to 1978, he exhibited at the Salon d'Automne.
He exhibited mainly in the cities of the South and in Paris.
Listed in the Bénézit.
