Russian sculptor installed in Paris in 1910, he remains in the classical tradition with a strong Slavic temperament in the choice of subjects. Massive and powerful, this jaguar is typical of the art deco production circa 1930. This feline was less often represented than the panthers and lionesses. Signed, foundry mark: Chardon
