"Painting Under Glass (fixed Under Glass) -"
Rare painting under glass representing the allegory, centered on the image of the glorification of the Empire of Rome, personified by the man on horseback with the armor of a general placed on the left side of the painting. On the right side, dancing nymphs intend to play. The composition features a multitude of figures that combine to bring it to life. The work is in good condition, it has a break in the lower left corner (see detail on the photo). Complete with original gold frame. This book is difficult to find on the antique market because it is very fragile and only a few copies have survived.
