Pair of chiseled and patinated bronze candlesticks representing the muse of dance and the muse of music, women dressed in the antique style waving tambourine and dance stick, the sculptures rest on a circular base decorated with plants supported by fantastic birds, on the reverse signed AD crowned for Alfred Daubrée (1817-1885) master silversmith in Nancy then in Paris established at 85 rue Montmartre where he sells bronze articles from the second half of the 19th century, in good condition, height 27cm
