"Plate With Peacock Decor From Islettes"
Rare plate adorned with a peacock, from the pottery of Islettes (Meuse). The perfectly mastered "low fire" cooking technique gives it bright colors. The decor is fine and fairly typical of the productions of this famous Argonne factory at the end of the 18th century. The state is perfect. The very light weight is 340gr.
