"Renaissance Style Two Body Buffet"
Important two-body carved walnut sideboard. The upper part opens with two stained glass doors. Stylized pediment decorated with shell and spinning tops. The uprights are decorated with detached columns. Side shelves stylized in a quarter-circle. The lower part opens with four drawers and four doors. Decor carved with shells, parchments, foliage, coins and dentils. Detached columns with Corinthian capitals. Fineness of sculpture and quality of manufacture. Renaissance style, circa 1880.
